The NYCST Symposium will be held at the new Ithaca Downtown Conference Center, conveniently located near hotels, shops, and attractions. This vibrant venue fosters creativity and collaboration, offering an inspiring experience in the heart of the scenic Finger Lakes region.

Parking: Guests are encouraged to park in the Green Street parking garage, located at 120 E. Green Street. The conference center does not have reserved spots available; we encourage guests to park in the most convenient spaces for them. There is a dedicated sky bridge connecting the Green Street parking garage to the Ithaca Downtown Conference Center located on the 2nd floor of the parking garage. Parking fees are charged at $1.00 per hour, with a $10.00 daily maximum.

Ithaca Tompkins County International Airport (ITH)L
Located 15 minutes northeast of downtown Ithaca. It hosts flights from American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, and United Airlines with direct routes to Charlotte, Detroit, JFK and Washington Dulles.

Syracuse Hancock International Airport (SYR)
About 75 minutes drive from Ithaca, Syracuse Airport expands your flight options, including international connections, serving as an alternative gateway to the symposium.

  • Our Bus: Stops include the area in front of Starbucks/Hilton Garden Inn on E Seneca St.
  • Greyhound: Offers pickups and drop-offs on Green St.
  • Shortline/Coach USA: Services Cornell North Campus and Green St, with daily trips to/from NYC. Note: The W. State St bus depot has ceased operations.

By Car

Ithaca is primarily accessed via NY highways 13, 79, 89, and 96. For those coming from further afield, Interstate 86 intersects NY State Rt. 13 near Elmira (30 minutes southwest of Ithaca), and Interstate 81 connects with NY State Rt. 79 in Whitney Point (30 minutes away) and with NY State Rt. 13 in Cortland (35 minutes from Ithaca).

A room block with discounted rates has been set aside at The Hotel Ithaca, and The Hilton Garden Inn for your convenience. The hotels are located conveniently in close approximation to the Conference Center.
